Fixed weekThis term simply means that your membership is based around a fixed, deeded week, so if you want to visit YOUR apartment during YOUR week you can - just like traditional Timeshare. Furthermore, the week is registered in your name with a Trustee.
Free Internal ExchangeBecause circumstances are always changing, it's not always convenient to visit PBC during your own week. Simply pick up the phone and arrange to come at another time.
