  • We have just returned from Tenerife after staying at the Casablanca Apartments in Puerto.
  • We would like to thank you for organising this accommodation which was excellent.
  • We had a southern outlook overlooking the central courtyard with a splendid view of Teide.

  • Excellent - nothing is too much trouble. I am disabled and PBHC make sure I get my scooter delivered from Los Cristianos and that I know where to plug it in and everything
  • We got our exchanges no problem every time. My daughter is with another exchange organisation and she can never get what she wants.
  • The organisation of our exchanges was really efficient. You just fill out the form and they take care of the rest

  • We are quite pleased with the service it's pretty good,
  • We much prefer dealing with PBHC for our exchanges because they are far more personal than other exchange organisations
  • The organisation of our exchange was absolutely fine

  • The service is good - if you can't get your first choice of exchange they get you an alternative.
  • We didn't see much difference between PBHC and other exchange organisations
  • They were perfectly efficient
  • We rate PBHC 9/10

  • PBHC are helpful and genuine and unlike other exchange organisations they don't keep bothering you on the phone
